Welcome to the Baby Names Hub Affiliate & Rewards Program. Participation is subject to the terms set forth in this Policy and our general Terms of Service.
1. Enrollment and Eligibility
- Registration: You must create a dedicated account via our Affiliate Console.
- One Account Per Person: Users are strictly prohibited from creating multiple accounts to manipulate systems.
- Approval: We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. Earning Mechanisms
A. Name Contribution Rewards
Earn by submitting missing names or correcting errors. Rewards are credited after manual or automated validation.
B. Referral System
Earn when new users sign up via your unique link and complete onboarding actions.
C. Share & Earn System
Earn rewards for generating genuine traffic to specific name pages or stories from social media.
3. Milestone Achievements and Bonuses
We offer a "Bonus Earning" structure based on volume tiers. Milestone Credits are one-time rewards added to your balance upon reaching predefined targets for referrals, contributions, or reach.
4. Tracking and Attribution
We use cookies with a 30-day duration. Referrals must be attributed correctly through these cookies. The Affiliate Console is the final authority on all tracking data.
5. Payouts and Financial Terms
Earnings are subject to a 15–30 day verification hold. You must reach the minimum threshold specified in your dashboard before requesting a payout.
6. Prohibited Activities
The "Zero-Tolerance" Rule:
- Self-Referral: Creating secondary accounts using your own link.
- Spamming: Intrusive sharing in comments or unsolicited messages.
- Fraudulent Traffic: Using bots or click farms.
- Content Scraping: Building competing databases using our proprietary info.
7. Relationship
Parties are independent contractors. No employment or agency relationship is created.
8. Liability
Aggregate liability is limited to total affiliate fees paid or payable to you.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time by closing the account.
