1. Description of Services

Baby Names Hub provides an informational database of baby names, meanings, and origins, alongside editorial blogs and web stories. Version 2 of our Platform introduces an Affiliate Program that allows users to earn rewards through name contributions, social sharing, and referrals.

• License Grant: You grant us a worldwide, perpetual license to use and publish your contributions.
• Accuracy: You represent that any information submitted is accurate to your best knowledge.
• Prohibited Content: No defamatory, obscene, or misleading content is allowed.

4. Affiliate Program, Referrals, and Earnings

Bonus Earnings are awarded based on achievements defined within the Affiliate Console. All earnings are subject to a verification period. We reserve the right to withhold payments if we suspect fraudulent activity or bot-generated traffic.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• No automated data extraction (bots/scrapers).
• No manipulation of referral systems via fake accounts.
• No "spamming" of affiliate links.
• No interference with Platform infrastructure or databases.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All logos, site designs, blog text, web stories, and the compiled database of baby names are the exclusive property of Baby Names Hub. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Links and Advertisements

The Platform displays advertisements (e.g., Google AdSense). We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party sites, products, or services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baby Names Hub shall not be liable for indirect damages, errors in name meanings, or loss of earnings due to technical failures or program changes.

9. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform or the Affiliate Console at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
